William C. Robinson
William C. Robinson practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful deaths, civil litigation, domestic litigation (including paternity, divorce, modifications and custody issues), and traffic/license issues. William grew up in Warren County, Missouri.
William has practiced law in Franklin County and the surrounding counties since 2008. Before that, he worked for a large law firm in St. Louis where he primarily practiced insurance defense litigation in the areas of motor vehicle collision litigation, medical malpractice, and wrongful deaths.

Scott Fulford
Scott has been practicing law in Missouri since 1991. He moved to Washington, Missouri in 2000 when he became an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Franklin County. In 2004, Scott started his own law firm in Union, Missouri.
In 2017, Scott joined Robinson Brinkmann & Fulford as a partner. His area of focus is criminal defense, covering felony trial work to traffic tickets. Scott also has an active practice in domestic relations, dissolution, modification, paternity, guardianship, adoption, personal injury, and juvenile court cases.

Mistie D. McMahan
Mistie McMahan has been employed as a Paralegal since 2004. Mistie has assisted attorneys and provided great service to our clients in several facets of the law, including civil litigation, domestic litigation, personal injury, wrongful deaths, social security disability, and criminal law. Mistie is our lead paralegal on social security disability cases.
